Amber has been the President of Ahora! LDO since the January of 2013. Prior to her leadership role, she served as Vice President under Evelinda Mejia, Ahora's first President from June 2011 to January 2013, and served as Outreach Specialist from June 2011 to June 2012. She became one of Ahora's first members in May 2011.

 

Amber was a dancer in the Milwaukee Latin dance group, Salsabrosa from June 2011 to February 2012. She then continued to expand her dance experience by training under Dennis Lopez at the D'Lopez Academy of Dance and Performance from August 2012 to July 2013.

 

Latin dance is Amber's passion. She is very dedicated to Ahora! and it's members and can't wait to see where the group goes in the years to come!
